Share your journey with us - how did you get to where you are today?

”I arrived at where I am today by developing an understanding of my underlying purpose and what drives me - storytelling. Along the way, I learned that it is important to remain open to varied opportunities that may not look like what you envisioned but still serve your larger mission and purpose. “

Describe a moment in your journey where someone's support in you accelerated your goals?

”In launching my podcast, I invested in myself by taking a couple of classes. I reached out to one of my teachers, and he went the extra mile to provide support. His advice and mentorship has been invaluable. In whatever role you find yourself, I highly recommend that you seek out mentorship and sponsorship from people who are willing to support you and vice versa.”

How would you like to see networks for ambitious women change?

”I would like to see more networks for ambitious women sharing the names of others who are not in the room, recommend them for projects, and help them get a seat at the table - or help them build their own table.“

Through community, we can create stronger connections, seek and provide support, and inspire. Ultimately, a strong community puts us in the best position to create, develop a sense of fulfillment, and give back to others.
